Cespedes and Cespedes MD, PLLC is seeking a part-time bilingual (English/Spanish) office assistant to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and checking in patients with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.

  • Efficiently managing patient appointments, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Collecting and verifying patient information, insurance details, and relevant documentation.

  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating with healthcare providers and other staff.

  • Answering phone calls, addressing patient inquiries, and directing calls to the appropriate department.

  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and organizing medical records.

  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the reception area.

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Must be fluent in Spanish and English

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, staff, and healthcare professionals.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records systems.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.

  • Demonstrated empathy and compassion towards patients.
